2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
We do not accept returns on used, opened, or tampered products for safety and hygiene reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Products opened or used
Products without original packaging
Items purchased during discounts, clearance, or promotional offers
Gift cards or downloadable items (if any)
4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

5. Refund Process
If your return is approved, refunds will be:
Amount will be credit within 7–10 working days
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated
Please note: In some cases, the bank may take longer to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping will be arranged by us for eligible cases (damaged or incorrect product).
For other return reasons, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
